Corrections are the messages I like best: an opening time that has shifted, a meeting point that has moved, a room shut for restoration, a link that has died. Two seasons can go by before I notice any of those on my own.
Questions I can answer
Anything about visiting this building. Which of the three tickets you actually need, whether the Cuvilliés Theatre will be open at the hour you were planning to walk into it, which entrance a particular listing means by Residenzstraße 1, whether a concert ticket lets you into the museum (it does not), and whether to spend your afternoon here or out at Nymphenburg. That last one has a long answer on Residenz or Nymphenburg, argued from this palace’s own facts.
Questions that belong somewhere else
Your booking, first of all. I did not take it and I cannot move, alter or refund it — GetYourGuide did, and the confirmation email they sent you is the way back to them. Entry to the Residenz is the second: nobody on that platform sells it, because the museum, the treasury and the theatre are the Bavarian Palace Administration’s own tickets, over its own counter and through its own shop (what each one covers).
I am also not the palace. If you need a group booking, a lost-property enquiry or anything about the building itself, the administration answers those and this site does not.

Every quote on this site is printed as it was written, attached to the listing it was left on, and attributed by name only, because reviewer countries were not recovered when the reviews were extracted. If you wrote one of them and would rather it was not quoted here, say so and it comes down the same day. If you think a quote has been attached to the wrong listing, that is a mistake worth telling me about immediately — the whole point of the reviews pages is that nothing has been moved.
